Speak Saufley Club Membership is open to all interested parties.   We are located on a Naval Base so special arrangements will need to be made ahead of time if you do not have a base sticker.  We do have members that come from off base so don't let that stop you from joining us !

DOD Civilians can participate in Toastmasters as part of their training program.   You do not have to take leave to participate and your club dues will be paid for you out of training funds.   This will obligate you to participate fully, however, for the length of the dues period.   To participate as part of your training program submit the following forms:
